Upcallers earn $0.25 per rounded minute when talking on the phone. They may also receive performance-based pay, commissions, or incentives depending on the campaign. Some of our Clients offer sales incentives that can allow high-performing agents to dramatically increase revenue for their home business.
Upcallers make calls for a wide variety of different programs and companies and the calls vary for each opportunity. We are looking for passionate callers with a phenomenal and persuasive sounding phone voice. We do everything from lead generation to customer feedback.
It is 100% free to create an account, access call campaigns and use our collaboration platform.
Hundreds of callers apply each month. We are always eager to bring on motivated callers and aim to respond to applicants as quickly as possible. Depending on the number of applicants, approval time can range from 24 hours to a couple of weeks. You also need to meet the minimum requirements, which is to have a stable internet connection, a pair of headphones and a quiet place to work from.
To become an Upcaller, you need to have the following requirements. A desktop or laptop computer with a speaker/microphone (either integrated or as a headset), a reliable internet connection and a quiet room. You should also be available during business hours. We currently only accept US-based callers. We will gradually open up to the rest of the world in the coming months.
